Hiersche, Hayward, Drakeley and Urbach, PC is pleased to announce the addition of associates Nicole Hay and Derek Staub.
Nicole L. Hay joins the firm as a first-year associate who will work with Gerald P. Urbach in commercial litigation, business bankruptcy, and debtor/creditors’ rights, and with R. Scott Seifert in contracts and business transactions, commercial litigation, employment and construction law. Nicole received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2011. She received her Master’s Degree in Political Science as well as her undergraduate degree in Political Science, both from Brandeis University.
Derek R. Staub joins the firm as a third-year associate who will work with Shareholder W. Dick Wiles in civil litigation and medical malpractice. He formerly worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Dallas District Attorney’s Office. Derek received a J.D. from Michigan State University School of Law in 2007 and received his B.S. degree in Statistics from the University of Denver in 2003.
